To make a booking, please contact us either by our contact form or telephone with your requested dates. Once we have confirmed availability and you wish to continue to book we will ask you to pay a 10% deposit by telephone credit card payment. Prior to arrival we will request the balance of your fee and will send you a receipt with your conformation letter (below) If making a late booking we will ask for full payment at the time of booking or arrival. What to expect prior to arrival Prior to your arrival date you will receive a confirmation letter from us confirming your booking dates and any balance due, you will also receive a directions sheet plus a street map of the local area to help with the final part of your journey. What to expect on arrival Please telephone us when you arrive in Aberystwyth on either 07974 769448 or 01970 611379 and one of us will come and greet you into your apartment. Directions to Gwyn Hafan are provided before your visit or you can check out our map page. We will then show you around your apartment pointing out the facilities, welcome pack and apartment manual which should contain all the information we anticipate you will need, however if not please do not hesitate to contact us.
