General

Access to the apartments in Gwyn Hafan may not be straightforward for some. However, we have put a lot of effort into trying to make our most recent development, Plas Hafan, and in particular Apartment 1 on the ground floor, more accessible to more people. We would always recommend that those with specific requirements should contact us - when we will try to advise on the suitability or otherwise of each apartment, based on their individual needs and we will try to help in any way that we can.

Guests are greeted outside Gwyn Hafan and Plas Hafan by one of the proprietors or their representative and shown around their apartments and they can also be dropped off outside the building where assistance can be given. By prior arrangement, guests can be met from the local train and coach stations and taken by car to their accommodation.

There is wireless broadband internet access throughout the building.

Assistance dogs are welcome. Each building has a rear garden area accessible from the ground floor apartment.

Fire alarms are audible. We recognise that some guests may require an alternative alert system and/or assistance in case of evacuation and we are happy to discuss individual requirements at the time of booking.
